Not all of them do.
OK so this is what I think. The eye brows are their NATURAL color and they have colored the hair blond forgetting to do the brows as well. A true blonde would have light eye brows naturally…now I am sure there are exceptions. But if the chickie has an olive complexion chances are she will not be blond. And the carpet….well, that can be colored as well.
