Because the hair dye they put in their hair is blonde colored.
It doesn’t contribute to the stereotype because only morons would think that TV people aren’t completely done up in makeup and what not for show.

I personally like to watch Fox but I wish the women they put on the show where a little less “actress” looking. Mix it up a little.

I think it is wonderful for blondes, and women for that matter, to be commenting. Most people jump to the conclusion that blondes are dumb.
It is very shallow to look at someones gender and hair color to make a conclusion of their intelligence.

To answer the first question, they are a hell of a lot better looking than anything on the other channels. Their appearance does not take away from their abilities. Hey why not have good information delivered by an attractive person?
To answer your second comment,… Do all liberal women have dark facial hair, or is that a trait exclusive to Maddow?
One thing is certain about all modern women, you cannot trust their hair color.
