The only color my hair stylist says is blonde and I’m so sick of putting blonde highlights in dirty blonde hair. You can hardly see them. What would be a better color?

ok, well i have naturally straight dirty blonde hair, i am a 17 year old girl. and im not really sure what to do with my hair. i hate when it is short. i like my hair long. i really like emo/scene hair cuts, but i have no idea if there is anything good for me because of my hair color.. and i don’t really want to bleach my hair or make it black..does anyone know any good emo dirty blonde hairstyles? thanks in advance
