Is blonde or brunette better, when you have dark brows and blue eyes, and lite skin?
March 25th, 2010 admin I have naturally dark brown hair, with blue eyes and dark arched brows, and I have light skin. I do tan so I’m not white, but I don’t get real dark either. What do you think looks better in my sistuation, blonde or brunette or something different?
