Yes I agree that big soft curls are nice. Closest thing I have posted is my making waves video.
Maybe in the future I will make a video of curls…but I have 50 other projects I need to do before that and people prefer my hair straight anyway.
I agree that curling will take inches off the length but have you considered putting big soft curls in just the ends? it gives hair a lot more bounce and is sooooooooo awsome to look at! Just a thought.

Yes I have curled it, but less and less as it got longer. It takes several inches off the length. The last time I curled it, it came out more like waves and I did a video “JJJ Making Waves”. I will add the link to the more info area for you. I want to curl it again soon and do a video!

Natural? My hair is 100% real and all mine.
The color is off in this video with the indoor lighting.
My hair is not yellow but more of a wheat color with honey shades.

Brushing it when it is wet is bad. Too much brushing is bad for any hair. It is a myth that 100 strokes a day is good.
Fine hair is more fragile. I use large combs all the time.
I have an ignorant question. Is it true that brushing fine hair while it’s dry is bad? My mother who was once a hair stylist told me that by doing so it would create split ends.
I think they called it fetish…which in my opinion is not true.That was over at my love is hair channel.
I am all about joy,happiness and inspiration…never the other.

My last short haircut was in 1991.
You should always trim off any split ends as they will only continue to cause more damage.Perms and long hair is a bad combo IMO.Trim the splits and keep growing.

How old were you the last time you had a real haircut? I’m 16 and I want to grow my hair out really long. Right now it is about 29 inches. I had a perm almost two years ago and never cut the split ends, do you think that will slow down my hair growth?

it is hard – LOTS of sacrifices, but well worth it! i used to trim my own hair up until a year ago, but since it’s well past arm’s length i have a hard time cutting it evenly (it’s kinda U-shaped, but as my bangs catch up i’m trying to even it out to almost blunt – i want just a little bit of a curve)
Fine hair is harder to grow long,as I hear from many ladies. Hey, I trim my own hair! Maybe you can too. I have photo directions on my hair care page and in my photo albums. See my channel for the link!
i do condition my ends – and after yrs of searching i finally found hask placenta again (it does wonders for dry ends!)… unfortunately, my hair is very thin/fine & tangles easily. also, my hair got too long for me to trim myself, so my husband does it now, & i think he’s too cautious & doesn’t trim enuf – like i said this is the 1st time in almost 10 yrs my split ends have gotten out of control… i took off 1″ yesterday just to see how it goes – don’t worry i’ll NEVER go short lol
Try organic virgin coconut oil to deep condition your ends. I struggle with my ends too! But my hair is somewhat course and strong which makes the ends look like straw sometimes.
I dont have split ends,it just needs extra moisture at the ends since the hair is oldest. I also mist daily in the winter months with conditioner and water.
Don’t cut too much!
