How to keep naturally dark blonde hair from fading in the Sun?

Okay so I’m 14 and my hair is naturally long and blonde and over the last couple of years my hair has been getting darker and it looks so much better on me than light blonde. I’m really pale skinned with dark hazel eyes so my darker hair makes my eyes stand out more
so is there any way I can keep my hair from fading in the sun?
Also don’t say wear a hat because I don’t like wearing hats.
