I went to a stylist and told her I wanted Jessica Simpson blonde on my already high lighted hair so she dyed my roots blonde and they turned orange. Then she high lighted over it w/ more blonde and now it is orange hair w/ blonde high lights.
then dye it
go to another hairstylist who is good with color. ask your friends for references
just dye it completely brown. that sucks girl
DARK BROWN HAIR LIKE SJP… BESIDES BROWN HAIR LOOKS A LOT BETTER FOR THE WINTER THAN A BLONDE…. BLONDE IS FOR SUMMER, AND SUMMERS OVER

that’s my natural color. there’s not much you can do with orange hair. i’m sorry. wait untill the orange goes away then re-do it. if you keep doing it it’ll probably become more orange. unless you dye it brown or black. or you could bleach it, and start completely over. but bleaching is so bad for your hair.
Use a color remover kit (from a beauty supply store or a drug store, in some cases.)
Then, dye over that or use a toner to get your hair to do something other than orange.
And if you have fairly dark hair, you might not get to blonde, so try to be content with darker colors. I’ve left bleach on my naturally black hair for 40 minutes, and it just turned a pale orangeade color (nasty.) Extreme bleach jobs, even done by professionals, can be catastrophic.
Remove the dye, pick a darker color, and try again.
Dye it a color thats NOT blonde.
anymore bleaching and your hair is likely to fall out or just look like a ball of fried hair.
better off just going brown/auburn or red and leaving it alone for a while.
bleaching is very damaging!!
Most boxes of dye show your hair before the coloring & what the results should look like afterward.
don’t dye it yourself get a caramel colour over the orange, some hairdressers just haven’t got a clue.
