I dyed the underneath of my hair dark brown. I have light blonde hair and i recently just cut my hair and i don’t want the brown underneath anymore. I’ve dyed it light blonde 3 times and it wont go back to blonde! any tips? help.

You might have to bleach it.
Then dye it back to your original color.

You can’t dye a darker color lighter. You’re going to have to bleach it, and then probably dye it to match your natural color. If you’re nervous about doing it on your own then I suggest going to a professional. They’ll be able to do it right. :]

First never use color to try to lift color. Use bleach to lift color. I would suggest a mixture of powdered bleach+developer(20 volume)+shampoo+ a little water comb through hair leave for 15 minutes then shampoo out.
If lifts to and orange put a demi color 7N in hair for 20 minutes shampoo dry then highlight with bleach+20 volume. Robert Curtis (The hair Guy)
