The hairs on my eyebrows are long and sparse. It is very hard for me to shape them the way I want them to be shaped because there are so few hairs and they are long. If I pluck them much at all it looks like I barely have any because they’re very blonde. How should I groom my eyebrows?

get an eyebrow brush, brush them up, and take some small scissors and cut them a little bit. Then get a darker eyebrow pencil, like sandy blonde/brown and pencil them in.
dont use pencil! it looks really unnatural!
comb your eyebrows and shape them with tweezers as much as you can into the shape that you want.
use an eyebrow powder and a liner brush to fill in any gaps and outline your eyebrows. i would go with a light or medium brown since youre blonde.

Get an eyebrow pencil that is about 2 shades darker than your actual eyebrow hair color. Fill them in a bit, and shape :]
im not a blond but u could try to use a dark brown eye shadow and a brush and lightly dust over them or u can use a dark brown eyepencil and do the same buht no brush
You should get some brow powder and just fill them in.
you should use a eyebrow pencil tp line it up since your blonde use light brown
