I dont know of any supply stores that are open to the public that sell those professional colors. Its illegal. Its actually illegal for walmart or CVS to sell the shampoos and conditioners too! But you can go to sallys and try and find something similar? If you're hair is naturally really blonde than you shouldnt have a problem. But if its dark thats when its tricky. Just ask the people who work there. They should be professional stylists. Wella is an ok brand they sell there. and pick up a toner, I think if you did a 10N with 30 you'd be fine if you're blonde already. But after it gets to the color i want. I only color my regrowth, or "roots" That way you're not damaging all of your hair everytime.
