I’m getting my haircut and I’m trying to find a reference picture for the hairstylist.
I did find one but I’m not quite sure about it.
I have blonde hair, blue eyes and I can’t dye my hair.

I have blonde hair, but it’s getting a little dark at the roots. Also, I want to make it shinier. What’s a good, inexpensive way to do this?

Did it have anything to do with Marilyn Monroe? I always wondered where they got the stupid idea from.
I have medium-dark brown hair right now. I was planning to go the home bleach route but after ready horror story after horror atory about having hair fall out I decided to just spend the money and have it done in a salon. I want to go to like a level 7 or 8 blonde. Around how much will this cost?
And is the bleaching or dying (whatever ya call it) done all in one day?
I want to dye just the tips of my dirty blonde hair electric blue. Do I need to bleach it first? Can I do the whole process at home? Is there anything I need to do/get to keep it blue?
